- AI-generated analysis associated with your assets
Usage Data
- Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform
- Browser type, device type, and approximate location (country/region)
- Login times and session duration
3. How We Use Your Data
- Providing the service — To operate your vault, generate AI analysis, and deliver platform features
- Account management — To create and maintain your account and manage your subscription
- Security — To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorised access, and misuse
- Communications — To send you service-related notifications and alerts
- Legal compliance — To meet our obligations under UK law
- Improvement — To understand how the platform is used and improve its features
4. Legal Basis for Processing (UK GDPR)

5. AI Processing
This platform uses Claude, an AI service provided by Anthropic, to generate asset analysis and market intelligence. When you request AI analysis, limited asset details (brand, model, category, year) are sent to Anthropic's API.
We do not send personal identifiers — name, email, or account details — to AI services. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, insurance, or valuation advice.

6. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:
With your explicit permission
You control who accesses your vault data. When you grant access to an insurance partner, family office, or dealer through our permissions system, they see only what you have authorised at the access level you have chosen. You can revoke access at any time.
With service providers
- Render.com — API hosting and database storage
- Namecheap — Website hosting
- Anthropic — AI analysis (as described above)
For legal reasons
We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
7. Data Retention
- Active accounts — Retained while your account is active
- Closed accounts — Deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except where legally required
- Backups — Retained for up to 90 days
8. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
- Right of access — Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — Request deletion of your data
- Right to restrict processing — Request that we limit how we use your data

9. Cookies
This website uses minimal cookies for essential functionality: session cookies (to keep you logged in) and preference cookies (to remember your language and currency settings). We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data, and access controls limiting who can access your data. No system is completely secure. In the event of a breach likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the ICO as required by law.
11. International Transfers
Our hosting providers and Anthropic may process data in the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses) to ensure such transfers comply with UK data protection law.
12. Children
This service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the platform. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
