Transfers
Signing an item over moves it, its paperwork and its full history into the other person’s vault — so a dealer’s attestation survives the sale instead of being left behind. Your own purchase price, insurance details, home address and security arrangements are never transferred.
Documents
Certificates, receipts, insurance policies, and valuations — kept with your account.

AI VALUATION NOTES
Report as Stolen
Step 1 — File a real police report
This app can't file a report for you or generate a real crime reference number — only the police can do that. Please report the theft first:
→ Call 999 if the theft is in progress or you're in danger
Step 2 — Enter your Crime Reference Number
Once the police give you a reference number, enter it here so it's attached to this asset and visible to your insurer.
This flags the asset in your vault and to anyone you've shared access with (e.g. your insurer). It does not itself notify the police — that step must be done directly by you.
Share & Permissions
Control exactly who can see your collection. Access can be revoked at any time.
Active access
Grant new access
Granting access creates a unique private link for that recipient. Only someone with that exact link can view what you’ve shared.
Messages
Updates from your insurer, advisors and Luxury Assets Index.
Add a service record
A documented service history is worth real money at resale and at claim. Records can be removed but not edited — a history you can quietly amend isn’t evidence of anything.
Transfer ownership
The item, its documents and its full history move to the person you name. Your purchase price, insurance details, home address and security arrangements stay with you and are never sent.
Nothing moves until they accept. You can cancel before then.
Notifications
Valuation changes, access requests and security alerts.
Claim a purchase
Bought something from a dealer who uses Luxury Assets Index? Enter the code from your receipt and the item — with its paperwork — drops straight into your vault, verified by them.

Insurance & underwriting details
Optional — but this is exactly what your insurer needs at renewal or claim
+
Most insurers require a fresh valuation every 3 years. An out-of-date figure is the most common reason claims get settled below expectation.
Insurers assess risk per location. Items held somewhere other than your main address usually need to be declared separately.
Agreed value pays the figure on the schedule. Market value pays what it’s worth on the day. Indemnity deducts for wear. Check your policy if unsure.
Estate & succession
Only relevant if you share your vault with a family office or wealth advisor. Leave blank if not.
This affects the inheritance tax position. If you’re unsure, your accountant or solicitor will know.
Recording intent here is a note for your family office — it is not a will and has no legal effect on its own.
